Steven's history with the company dates back to 2001 and currently leads the sales and marketing efforts at SuMO.
Prior to, he held various sales and marketing leadership roles at Beyondsoft, Achievo and Netstar Solutions and was a co-founder of gearunlimited.com, a publicly traded e-commerce company originally started from his bedroom.
ALISON WHEELER | Professional Services & Delivery
With a background in Service Management Process Implementation, Training and Project Management, Alison has over 15 years experience delivering Service Management solutions based on ITIL best practices that focus on the people, process, technology, and information perspectives of providing business solutions within enterprise organizations. This includes all aspects of project delivery including analysis, architecture and design, planning, implementation, and training.
With experience delivering IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, HR Service Management, Asset Management, CMDB and Project Portfolio Management solutions, Alison is also an accredited ITIL Trainer, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and carries various technical certifications from BMC, Cherwell & ServiceNow.
RICHARD SAIELLIS | Finance and Operations
Richard runs the financial side of the house including Operations. He has over 20 years experience working in the financial sector and has held executive roles for both public and private corporations.
